Mtoag has been a great developer to work with and while we didn't hit our original timeline, it was more on our end then theirs. They were very responsive and took our feedback professionally and prompt to make our site ready to launch. Mtoag had a very difficult task to help us take a concept and make it a reality. We worked with their design team to create our concept, thru to their development team to build a dynamic on line market place for parents and sitters. This required a very complex back end which they tackled head on and we are very pleased with the result. When we received the final product we decided, as the client, that their needed to be some design changes that would impact the whole back end. Mtoag worked tirelessly to help get the design we needed within a mutually agreed price. We also used them to help promote our site and engaged their SEO team and I have to say I was very pleased with the results so far. Within 8 weeks we were are the top of Google for our name in a very competitive field and they were listing us with sites we didn't even know existed. The only reason why I gave a 4 on professionalism is because of the Elance definition. We did have some language translation challenges but to Mtoags credit they were always prompt and asking for clarification and if we still couldn't get the understanding across they were always on the ready to have a skype conversation.
