I really like the Mvix Digital Signage devices, but I wish the wireless capability were stronger. If there is not a constant strong, steady signal, the devices have a lot of trouble getting online or staying online. Other devices like phones and laptops will be able to connect to the wifi, but these struggle. Or if the wifi is working, it will stop working in about a year. One of our network techs found a workaround by installing a wireless router that offers Ethernet connectivity, so it essentially hardwires the Mvix device. When we order these devices we plan to have this router installed each time so that we don't have constant connectivity issues. These devices work much better and are much happier when they are hardwired to Ethernet.As for value add - they do a really good job of keep residents informed of the activities in our communities. They add a modern feel to our lobbies. Our property managers like being able to post notices on the Mvix TVs from their offices instead of having to print and deliver 300 notices door to door as in the days prior to Mvix. The Mvix staff themselves are very friendly and easy to work with. If you don't pay a lot of extra money for the advanced tech support, the tech support response time can be a little slower than expected - maybe a day or so. But if we have any issues, they have always made sure to take care of them. And our sales reps have always been great. Very helpful and responsive. Sometimes they have helped me contact tech support to resolve issues. The software itself is very powerful and can do A LOT. With that being said, the learning curve is very steep, and people can find it overwhelming, especially if they are not tech savvy. For tech savvy people, it's relatively easy to learn. The training from Mvix is not very helpful. After our first training session, we taught ourselves how to use the devices and then our company put together a team of people to do in house Mvix trainings, and that has worked well. It's also better because we can target it and train people on exactly how we want to use it within our company. Overall I really like the Mvix devices. If there weren't wireless issues, this would be a 5 star review. A lot of places where people put the TVs require wireless internet, so you don't expect to have issues connecting it. But because we have had so many issues with the wireless, that takes off a star. If you need a signage TV and can get a hardwired connection to the Mvix device, this is definitely a great option.

They refused to offer me technical support on their product even though I paid them 4000$ to use this products.. be weary with this place make sure you buy something that will have customer support so you don’t end up screwed like they did to me

thank you mvix!!! anytime i call with a question about the exhibit software they are super helpful and get me answers right away! i'm still getting used to how it all works but the tech people are always patient and nice. my only recommendation is videos of how some things work on the program.

Project was delayed by a church we were working for so I asked for a credit for parts/training within the 30 day time period. Sent multiple requests via email and even called, no response. Quick to take the transaction, not so quick to help. We are an integrator and we were looking for a long-term partner, however their one-time profit was more important than a long-term partner.

I am glad that some of you had a good experience with this company. Unfortunately, I did not... The equipment was unstable and the customer service was terrible. I would not use or recommend this company again.
