My husband and I love the end results of our bathroom. Jon Pray did an excellent job. He was very thorough in explaining how to take care of our new bathtub and walls. If we had questions during the installation he would take the time to answer then. If Jon had a question about where something should go, he would ask and he did not just assume were it should be placed.

Jeff Pearson (Nashville) installed a used RainSoft system for me. He was professional, personable and did a fantastic job! He reviewed what he was planning prior to starting the project to get my approval. He explained everything and then some about my new RainSoft system. A very polite man with lots of experience and expertise! I was also impressed with the office staff in making the appointment and explaining the fee schedule!
