I had been with these people for over 10 years with many domains. They offered a renew price of $38. I called them and they said that is the best price they could do. So I cancelled. When I got transferred they offered me the real price of $12 or so. So I said sign me up for 9 years x 5 domains. And they said that's $28 a year. Long story short I moved to crazy domains and got great service and price. These people do not know how to run a company.

This company is extremely shady. If you have a domain with them I highly recommend you transfer it to another domain provider. I have been trying to transfer & they blocked it, then started threatening I would lose my domain because my credit card was due to expire prior to the renewal date (I still have over a month before renewal) so I updated the card expecting to now be able to transfer and then they billed me. Its not even due! Now I have to wait 60 days to attempt to transfer again. Apparently this and a lot worse happens to customers using this company all the time. Very very dodgy!!!!

Rotten company to the core! I have been a customer since 1998. The past 5 years this company has been awful. On top of horrible service their customer support staff are ignorant and rude. I have no idea how these guys are still in business. Glad I finally took the time to move all of my domains and services.

Pure extortion. We had a domain expire, without "domain expiration protection" - whatever that is. They then retained the domain, then offered to restore it for $350. I truly hope no one ever uses this company.

Extremely disappointing service. I had multiple domains from this company. Just the domain. But the price for registration is very high so i decided to move the domain. You would think it is a simple process but while i got the authorization code, it is still not moved. I feel like being held hostage by this company. It is sad that i paid so much in 15 years and get no service at all when i need it.

This company is unethical. I put an order in their shopping cart in November, possibly December 2016. I did not order it. They had my PayPal # so they charged me for it yesterday. I called immediately and they didn't deny that's what they did. They have my $34.99 for "5-7 days" while a refund happens though this was an unauthorized transaction to begin with! Stay away from this company! Terrible.

Honestly....it is 2016 and they are charging $37.99 to renew a normal domain for 1 year. Takes a 10 minute call to get them to reduce the price. In the future, save yourself the hassle and just move your domains to Google @ $12/yr. In other words, there definitely less expensive solutions on the market for renewing a domain.
