Owners do not care about tenants concerns or needs. NO MANAGER on property (EXCEPT ON RENT PAYMENT DAYS) - when you call with a concern message goes to voicemail and NEVER a return call. NEW OWNERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT TENATS OR COBDITION OF PROPERTY ONLY THE CASH COMING IN. Weeds & grass as tall as trees. Called in winter b/c there are NOTHING BUT VERY STEEP HILLS THROUGHOUT PROPERTY and roads had not been touched. Finally got ahold of "a" manager to talk with to let her know of bad road conditions & she had the nerve to yell at me and say, " I don't understand why everyone is calling & complaining." I asked her, " Are you on site right now? Have you been up here?" She replied, "Go to H***." And then slammed phone down. They have gone through 5 managers in 2 years since NEW OWNERS took over & don't have a maintenance man on property any longer. Looking to move ASAP. Lived here for 26 years and NEVER HAS IT BEEN THIS BAD AND THIS NEGLECTED SINCE NEW OWNERSHIP. The sad part is the NEW OWNERSHIP owns many, many properties throughout many different states & is a HUGE COMPANY WHO DOESN'T GIVE A S*** ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. Tenants are leaving now as fast as they can. Can't EVEN GET IN TOUCH WITH THE "PARENT" COMPANY WHO OWNS PROPERTY!!! Stay away!!!

Nice trailer park community placed in an urban setting ..friends who live there say pricing of lots are fair priced and the back lots have nice amount of natural green scape .

I lived here for two years until I had enough. The people who own this are money hungry jag offs. If you late buy a day 25 charge. If your check or money order is short 25 dollar charge. I payed 900 hundred a month for a double wide trailer. They have a bunch of druggies running the place now and rent is going up again. For a pice of slab and garbage no other utility included. That’s an insane amount. This place has really went down hill!
