Jeff is a top notch guy and a pleasure to work with. 2 toilets, a tub, faucet, mosaics and quartz corner caddy later and I would give this place business any day of the week. It's nice to have regular down to earth people and not be in a stuffy environment. We used NY Kitchen and Bath for our Bathroom remodel. We ordered a counter top and cabinets. The order took a little longer than expected which threw our entire timeline off on the remodel. I dealt with Gabby and Anthony and they were both very helpful and gave me fair pricing and had a good variety of choices for finishes. The counter top came in and the slab that it was cut from had a lot more brown in it than any other samples we had seen and just looked awful. This was not their fault just the way the size and the cuts came out was not good. Anthony came and looked at the counter top and immediately went into action. They cut me a brand new piece and allowed me to see the product before they made the cuts. The counter top was rushed and made in 3 days so that we were not delayed anymore. The second counter top looks absolutely amazing and I am very happy with the way this company rectified the situation. Overall our experience was great, a few bumps but all ok. This company being a family owned biz and not a big box makes the quality of care more personal and they care about their customers. Anthony and Gabby Thank you!

I used New York Kitchen & Bath for my entire kitchen remodel: cabinets, quartz top, vinyl flooring, tile backsplash, faucet & brewexpress (recessed coffee maker). Everything went great! From start to finish, everything & everyone was a blessing. Going in, you have to understand that remodeling is stressful and the staff at NYK&B did everything to ease that stress. Give New York Kitchen & bath a shot! Will recommend to all of my friends & family!
