They will give you terrible service. Maybe a 10th of the advertised download speed, is the most we’ve ever gotten. On top of that the internet goes down constantly. “Will” their IT guy who doesn’t know much about IT work, and knows even less about customer service, will be rude and tell you the problem is your own fault. I remember fondly the time he was reading instructions out of the router manual and exclaimed “oh! This is the wrong book.” I’m tired of paying people to disrespect me and give me terrible service. Internet Service Providers in America are disgusting.
