Terrible customer service - don't use! CC capital review could not be more spot on. The rep on the phone kept talking over me and just being down right rude. Not to mention their prices seemed high. Called Custom Ink and they were able to deliver what I needed at $5.00 less per shirt and no hidden or additional color fees.

The worst experience ever! I usually do not write reviews but seriously the manager in this business is very immature and he refuses to say the customer was right and continue to argue with me over the phone.This business made a promise to deliver my order before 5:00PM. I placed the order at 12:00PM as they requested but they want to blame it on me because I didn't send the policy papers. That is total nonsense. They send me those papers at 2:00PM but call me at 4:00PM to finalize the order. Why??? So I didn't get my order until almost 7:00PM. I am very understandable if they would've called me ahead of time at least to give me a heads up this wouldn't have been an issue. You would think that my order would at least be done properly after all, they had all day. the mouse pads were cut horribly and the pictures on the cups were badly imprinted. As for the shirts they didn't have any in size I wanted so I asked for kids shirts and they wanted to charge me extra money. I already paid whats almost $1500.00 and you want to charge me extra? This company is very unreliable. I will never order from he again !! If i can give this place 0 stars I would.

The worse company I have ever worked with. I ordered T-shirts first the order was delayed then they delivered only 7 shirts because they don't have sizes.The Logo in shirts felt-down after 2 days I called them to complain, one of the managers said to me this logo can stay on your shirt only 2 weeks then you have to get new shirts. I will never order again from this company if you want to lose money contact them.

This place just tried to charge 775 for wrist bands, for 50 of them.That to me is crazy. If you have that much money to spend on bands then why bother that is crazy.When asked is there other prices. We are updating our website so those prices are wrong. Shady business. Your prices online can not be really low and then jump to 775.00. Shady business.

Shocking in every way. Stay away. Printing quality was terrible, service rude, overcharged, wouldn't refund and now in battle with VISA. They lied about not receiving packages, games at every step of the way. Could go on and on. Run away fast from this company and don't even think about it.
