I can't say enough about Oakmont Tax Relief. First the team does what they say they will do. Second the cost is fair. I had a tax problem with my company and I was warned about companies who hide things in the small print. My partners decided to go with a ”high rated Better Business Bureau ” company whom shall stay nameless..... But 9 months later and triple the cost I got it resolved until the IRS came after me personally. I went with Oakmont! They handled a very aggressive IRS agent and did what they said they would do as well as for the cost of what they said they would do it for. Thank you Oakmont!

Currently working with Oakmont/Daniel Rojos to resolve an IRS issue. Really looking forward to get this problem resolved with IRS. So far Daniel Rojos is directly handle our case very nice guy. Will keep you posted on the process and the resolution.

I did not employ Oakmont but Daniel Rojas was great in steering me in the right direction with the company I had already hired. He made sure I asked the right questions and demand the services I paid for. He explained the process I was going thru with the IRS and advised the best way to handle it. We employed Oakmont in December 2017 to assist with tax situation. Over the next 9 months, they assigned 4 different people to assist us, and finally the State advised us they would not deal with Oakmont on our behalf and the IRS sent us a letter advising they could not as Oakmont changed representatives to often. When we requested a refund of our money, they stopped returning our calls.We do not recommend using this company.
