Extremely rude people, and their rentals aren’t even that good. The paddle board we rented turned out to be just a piece of styrofoam, and pieces fell off in the water. Completely unusable. We also rented a golf cart, and we were told to return it by 6pm on Saturday. Received a call demanding we bring it back by noon, even though they told us 6pm. We were also unaware that the house we rented came with kayaks, and we called asking if we could trade them in for another item. We were told on the phone that something could possibly be worked out, but when we got to the place we were rudely told “no”, and that the person on the phone “didn’t know what they were talking about”. This was all over one vacation! After vacationing down here and renting from this company, giving them thousands of dollars, for almost a decade, I am sad to say that next year we will be looking for a new company to rent from. Disappointing.I am editing my review to say that the people at Ocean Atlantic Rentals made things right by my family! They were very professional and apologetic and took care of our needs. Thank you!

We realized late in the week that our vacation rental property didn't have a grill. I called one day prior to our trip to order and was pleasantly surprised to find it wasn't a problem. I was helped by a friendly woman from a different location who placed my order kindly and quickly to be sent to the Avon store for delivery in that area. The price was very reasonable and the grill was just as I expected. I would highly recommend this company based on my first experience with them.

Best job I ever had.This is a company that knows what it's about and excels at providing not only great service to its customers but also a truly unique experience for its seasonal employees. The relationships I formed during my two summers working at the Avon branch left me with friendships and memories that will be with me for years to come. And for that I am thankful.
