I went in and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, what I was looking for and taken to the product area I was looking for. Which was a major positive move from my best buy experience 5 minutes earlier.The rep got me another rep to help who was more knowledgeable about what I was looking for. They didn't have what I was looking for on the shelf, so he took me over to the computer so he could look at their online store. He tried hard to find the transfer cables I was looking for to no avail. I was thankful and happy for the help and assistance, it was a good experience

These guys are awesome! If you are shopping on Amazon you are missing out. These guys offer incredible service. I was so impressed with the team. They brought my printer out to the car for me too. Took their time to make sure everything was perfect too.

Meagan is awesome! They were out of stock of A9 invitation envelopes, she explained this seemed like a peoduction issue from the company as she was not able to order any for me. She offered to price match the ivory ones!! These were 19.99 and she offered to price match them to the online price for the normal ones at 7.99!!! Wow!!! Go to this store everyone great customer service
