DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. They take advantage of people and overcharge for their service. At this time (since 5/6/19) I am waiting for approximately 10.00 change owed to me and they do not return my calls or answer my emails. I have reported them to BBB and to Consumer Protection. It is disappointing as when I first used them I was very satisfied and would have recommended them to all. Now I stay beware go elsewhere.

I had used On the Fly Computer Guy for several years and had been very pleased by their service. They had both been out to my house and my computer was serviced at their office. The last time I had my computer cleaned at my house, I paid the technician by check. Now, for the last 3 1/2 months, I have received invoices stating that this service had not been paid for. I called each time and was told this would be taken care of. It still is not. I am very disappointed in this company.

My laptop crashed and it wouldnt turn on. I brought it to another place first who said they couldnt get any of my data and files. I then brought it to On the Fly Computer Guy and they saved all of my data and got my laptop back up and running the next day. Just Amazing!!!

Quick and efficient. Brought my computer in because I got hit with a nasty virus. On The Fly Computer Guy had my computer up and running on next day. Strongly recommend.
