Just completed a new fiber installation. The Bad:It took 3 weeks from start to finish. I gave the underground boring team two preferred entry locations but they put it where I didn’t want it when I wasn’t home. The Good:Everyone was pleasant to work with. I worked with Adam the install tech to make a bad situation better and then he efficiently completed his job. Setup was amazingly simple. Plug it in and it worked on all my devices. Thank you Adam.

Our installer was fantastic! My dad has a medical condition that makes it difficult to communicate clearly and Tony was patient and went out of his way to make sure my fathers wishes were carried out and kept him informed about it every step along the way. Our service is great and we wouldn’t dream of having any other provider.

We own a semi remote property in West Salem and OnlineNW has been the only provider capable of getting a signal out here. Recently Adam came out to upgrade our equipment to the latest and greatest, now we're seriously rockin! He had his work cut out for him, no doubt the challenges in this area are many but he went above and beyond to engineer a system to meet our high speed work and entertainment requirements. OnlineNW is a small company and you get to know everyone personally. Anthony, Damien, Miles and now Adam are just a few names that come to mind. I couldn't say enough good things about the crew that we've come to know and appreciate. They're always super courteous and eager to help no matter the issue! Big thanks to you guys and anyone else working behind the scenes I failed to mention.

Service is the worst for a company selling knock off Internet. Its always blurry, and they charge for data. Don't use it u want to run more than your blackberry from 1997.
