Rare indeed is the computer expert to equal Michael's genuine Expertise. Today he was at my house for more than two hours, plus an hour yesterday, setting up a new computer, and providing many avenues and methods suited to my preferences. Does personality matter? In this he is the top pinnacle of pleasant politeness. He does not laugh at my foolish questions (At least not in front of me!). He and the Out of a Jam Staff are simply great.Rich Runser.

My computer’s fan was running loud and constant and a few of my keys stopped working so I took it in to get it repaired. Not only did I receive it a few weeks later in the exact same shape but I was told it was fixed. That was a few hundred dollars I’ll never get back, look elsewhere for computer repair.

Out of a Jam personnel were friendly and showed concern for my need, as if it were their own. Their certification as an Apple repair company—the only one in the Valley—got me in the door; but I’ll keep going back, because of their service & personability.

Mike saved us by finding his camera battery charger and selling it to us at a very fair price. We were on vacation and our brand new charger did not work. Our camera was ready to become a paperweight if the batteries couldn't be charged. We were in town for a quick lunch stop so finding Mike was a godsend. What a nice smart honest guy.
