I had a horrible experience with the only authorized Mac dealer on the Big Island, from their rudeness on the phone, lengthy wait times, and higher cost than the quote they gave me on the phone. I was very frustrated. It was more of the same at other computer repair shops, one person told me they "would rather sell their mother" than work on my machine.
