The staff at PC Med are great. Whether you have computer knowledge or not they are always patient and willing to answer your questions. I was in need of a service call for a complex network issue at home and the tech was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. He even noticed and resolved another issue I wasn't even aware of and the price of the service call was extremely reasonable. I would absolutely recommend PC Med to anyone.

PC Med Center worked diligently, and successfully, to repair my son's phone. My son had almost two year's worth of pictures and videos on his iPhone that he couldn't access because the phone would not power on - unfortunately, he had never backed-up/stored this content on iCloud. We took the phone to an Apple store and they told him, based on the symptoms, that there was nothing they could do (basically, that the phone was beyond repair). Desperate, and as a last resort, we took the phone to PC Med Center and they were able to repair the phone! In addition, they helped back-up his pictures/videos on iCloud. The relief this provided my son and my wife was priceless! Thank you PC Med Center!!!

My laptop would not start, and I brought it to PC Med Center. After taking the hard drive out, Dan installed a new, faster, better one into the computer, and it crashed. He then put in a refurbished drive, and the same thing happened. He spent many hours trying, unsuccessfully, to extract the data from my original drive, and the whole thing turned into a total loss for me. Even after all of the time he put in trying to fix it, he did not not charge me anything. He also set me up with a data recovery firm who might be able to help, along with with a discount code and free priority shipping. I can't recommend PC Med highly enough. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else again for computer repairs. Friendly, caring, and professional staff. We need more like this company in this world! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

It's the little things … Two days after a fire destroyed my home, I found the remains of my desktop computer, badly mangled and melted. Although doubtful, I thought I'd take a chance and see if the hard drive was unharmed. Elliot and Dan have been helpful in the past, so I took it to them. They did not give me much hope but said that they'd give it a shot. After taking a Sawzall and Dremel to it to get the melted plastic away from the hard drive, and working some magical mumbo jumbo, Dan was able to access the drive and save my files to a portable hard drive. What a gift during this tough time. You guys are nothing short of miracle workers. Thank you so so much!
