Feedback:

Management will not fix roads. Manager threatened to slap me, evict me and bulldoze my house for simply asking him to enforce park rules and policies. Roads are a disaster. Pine Ridge Mobile Home Park raised the rent twice in 1 month even before our lease had expired. Pine Ridge required every homeowner to sign a new lease on the same day without even legally releasing us from the old lease which had not expired yet. New owners are raising rent , adding utilities (water, sewer & trash) to the lease which we have not seen yet. Again requiring us to sign a new lease while still legally bound to the existing lease which again, Has Not Expired. Residents are extremely angry, and are signing a petition to become part of a class action lawsuit against Pine Ridge Mobile Home Park and or North Ridge Cove LLC.

Feedback:

With a new company that bought the park recently I can say things will turn around hopefully for the better. Unfortunately next year the lot rent will gi from 370 to 500. And soon we will have to pay for water sewer and trash that used to ve included. I worry about the elderly not being able to afford the new charges coming and thus saddens me. They are bringing in new homes but the prices are way to high and then tge lot rent going up. If you can afford a mobile home that is brand new at 70k plus and lot rent your better off buying a home with your own land to be honest. This is no longer affordable housing. And 13 pages of new rules and a supposedly fee schedule they will be imposing on the community. If you want a dictatorship this is it. But if you want peace of mind buy a home with land.

Nice

Love my job, I want to thank everyone for the reviews. Good and not so, the good shows appreciation for what we have been able to get accomplished over the past 5 years. The not so, comments allow me to see some things we may work on. I realize everyone will not be a fan, however; Pine Ridge has come a long way. We are now much more visible from the street with new landscape, thanks for that comment, we do have many older homes that we have been working on to get a cleaner look. Thanks for that comment. In that, please take a look at our new project at Lot 145, the home has new skirting and has been repainted, we plan to re-roof the deck and then begin working on the inside. With several rehab projects and more to come. We are also trying to work with our families with having their homes repainted and with other projects. Please, drive through and see all the great things happening at Pine Ridge. We have added some feature landscape areas, and are working on the playground creating a Community Park also this year created a raised bed Community Garden. I think combined with the New Homes things are really taking shape. Thanks again for your comments........

Hey what can I say it's a trailer park

Feedback:

I don't live there but know someone who does. It seems fairly well kept, although some of the units are really old. There is one probably necessary but horrible feature... A ton of speed bumps. Other than that is seems like a quiet, affordable place to live (and really convenient to shopping and both freeways and the turnpike.) It would be nice if there was a light on Lear Nagle for just rush hours... It's a bear trying to get out of there at certain times of the day.

Feedback:

I lived here for several years and had no concerns.

Good morning; we have been hard at work here at Pine Ridge Mobile Home Park. Our Community is looking good if I do say so myself, we have do a great deal of upgrades and are moving forward. During the past few years we have added 9 New Homes like the ones as part of this post. We are also getting more community minded, with our Annual Food Drive, our Annual community Yard Sales, our community Cookout's and our New community Garden. If you are looking to upgrade to a New 3 Bedroom 2 bath home in a nice community, with a smaller yard that is easier to keep up with, or you simply want to make life more Convenient having everything on one floor, Relaxing with less concerns in your New Home, in a nice community where you can enjoy a casual walk. It's been called Downsizing, stop by and see why homeowners call it upgrading.
