The equipment and layout are GREAT, I can’t say the same about the staff. Half of them are constantly hiding off in corners on their phones and they are very inconsiderate. Like today, I was working out and one girl decided to mop literally at my feet and I almost slipped multiple times because the floor was sopping wet and another girl was sitting there talking to her sitting on the equipment. Not great for business guys 👎

Very clean very friendly had all cardio equipment I needed. Also had massage beds and chairs as well as tanning beds. They offer free personal training and have pizza Friday and bagel Tue once a month. They offer showers and a changing rooms. They have weight machines as well.

The staff at this gym is VERY unprofessional. Ive had rumors spread about me from the workers. A friend of mine overheard it and told me about it. I’ve also caught staff members rolling their eyes at me and making faces when I come inside. I’m really sick of it. I’m calling management some time this week because they claim to be a judgement free zone but their workers must not have gotten the memo. If nothing changes I’m pulling my membership and going to a different gym.

I have been a black card member since shortly after the opening several renovations ago. It has come a very long way since the tiny , crowded space it started as. I absolutely love this place and have always enjoyed working out. However, although in all these years I have had no problems worth speaking of, the last 3 or 4 weeks I noticed the hot water has slowly become less and less heated. Now it simply comes out at various intervals and suddenly turns cold. COLD. This is the ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars. Some people, as myself, go in before work and due to an intense workout really appreciate a nice hot shower.

Do not go to this gym, workout equipment is always broke, 30 minute area has black mold on the wall, they do not keep up the equipment, and if you have a certain time you like to workout it will be over crowded and to many people treat this gym as a hangout place and sit on equipment while having long phone conversations. New owner of this gym will not put no money into repairs, a/c broke down in early June 2019 took the owner 2 weeks to get it repaired, men's bathroom out of order for a week due to plumbing problems. Overall the new owner only wants your money and will not give you what you are fully paying for.
