Pollock is the second worst company I've ever done business with. Their customer service ranks right behind Time Warner as...worst ever. I'm so glad to finally be finished with the 5 year "ball and chain" lease I was under with them. Not once in 5 years has a sales person from Pollock called on us after the initial sale. (Not ever) Not once has a customer service rep ever called back when we've tried to reach them about an issue. Happy, happy, happy... to be done with Pollock!

Been doing business with Pollock for a few years now and they've always treated us right. Got our copiers up and running quickly and we're always there to help us and get us running again.

Godwin Motors has been using Pollock Company for years and recently we had an old copier machine break down and I contacted them to let them know and they immediately sent our company a loaner to help until our new machine arrived. They offer superior customer service and I recommend this company for any business looking to buy a new copier, scanner, and fax machine.

Our firm worked with Meredith Elliott when we decided to upgrade our equipment, including an upgrade in software to capture and bill back copy costs to our clients. Meredith and her team at Pollack were very patient with us while we suffered through breaking our old contract, finding a pricing structure that made sense for our business model, and integrating our new software with our overall case management system. As a small business owner that also has a full load of responsibilities in my day job, Pollack's willingness to jump in and find a solution to my issues, no matter how small, has been a god-send.
