Client Review on Preston Benson Videography: Durango Video Production

My wife Morgan and I had the pleasure of working with Preston more than one year ago. He was an incredibly passionate videographer and successfully captured many of the best and most candid moments of our wedding in Pagosa Springs 2016. The reason I am just now writing this review is because of the ABOVE and beyond with his customer service after the fact (and after he had been paid.) We had trouble recovering audio from some of the raw videos from our wedding (when we checked 1 year later) - specifically some speeches and he was able to send us new versions of the raw files and help trouble shoot the issues.If you are looking for a great, reasonable and attentive videographer to document your special day - look no further.
