No communication whatsoever. Went for wisdom tooth pain and they scheduled to have a completely different tooth removed and were surprised when i corrected them. Never had problems there before for teeth cleaning but will never go back.

My entire family sees and loves Dr Keltner he's always very gentle and does awesome with kids. There is however attitude with some of the girls at the desk almost each time we visit. But it you can get pass there attitudes the experience is a lot nicer.

The are horrible at dealing with people with state insurance. If you have state insurance they don't even treat you like a person. They are rude, unhelpful and just plain lie to your face instead of helping you when your having problems.

I'll give this place a 2/5, great help and friendly staff except for one Hispanic lady who always appears to have an attitude for no apparent reason. I believe she's a dental hygienist and does great work but man, leave that sass out of the workplace. I've had many uncalled for occurrences with her and as have my friends. i most likely won't return again if involved with one who doesn't know how to treat her clients with respect! I just want my teeth cleaned, seesh!

Had a root canal done that took 3 hours then new insurance switched me to a different dentist a few months later and they told me it was a terrible job and they had to redo it because my gums were rotting under the crown. 😒 my gums were black when they removed the crown so they had to trim out the dead gums before replacing the crown.
