I bought online a Matthews Full Apple Box on 20th October. I am still waiting for the delivery (18th December)!!!! really bad costumer service. I had to called them, few times to ask whats going on ? They promise me to buy the Full Apple boxe from an other store and send to me , it has never happen !!

Item (a Lanparte magic arm) was a month late because it was out of stock (and no indication of this at time of purchase) - it was ordered on next day delivery and needed the next week. Customer service were completely unhelpful and our production company received no compensation.

I recently bought a Gimble for my DSLR from Production Gear and I'm really happy with the whole experience. I dealt with a gentleman called Sam and his service and product knowledge were excellent. His colleague who's name escapes me was also really helpful and allowed me to test the Gimbal before I purchased it which is a big plus point when buying expensive equipment. I will definitely return to them again if I'm looking to buy more camera gear in the future!!
