Was not made aware that I would be charged for them diagnosing the issue and was handed back my laptop in a worse condition than when I had originally brought it into the store.

Great business, great people, knowledgeable staff who know computers. June 2018, my HP couldn't be downgraded so I got a Dell with 7 on it and August 2019, the Dell is being upgraded to 10. Great company if you need your computer fixed.
