We were first time home buyers, with tons of questions, anxieties, and misgivings. The haro group was there with us every step of the way, willing to talk us through our concerns, answer questions and make us feel comfortable. I'm sure we bugged the hell out of them with our constant phone calls and emails, but they never made is feel like that. I would absolutely recommend the haro group, especially if you're like us and have no idea what you're doing.

I recommend anyone buying or selling to go through The Haro Group. They were very helpful and proactive from start to finish. They truly care about making sure you are happy with your home. It doesn’t stop at signing. They have events that are free of charge just to show their appreciation of you and your family! Ben, Gabby and Matt were who we worked with closely but the entire Haro Group are a group of awesome people! We are forever grateful to them!

Every part of buying our property was easy and we really felt like we were taken care of. As first time buyers, Haro Group helped educate us and give us needed confidence in the entire process. We had started our search with a different group/agent and switched to Haro after we got fed up- and were so glad we did. Customer service and appreciation are a huge priority. They were also really well connected in the area and helped us find other great resources in the Greenville community.

My wife and i bought a home through The Haro Group in August of 2016. The entire experience, from the initial meeting to the closing, was excellent. Our agent, Nate Emery, went out of his way to find us not just a house, but our dream home. He was willing to spend extra time to search areas we hadn't necessarily considered yet, and listened to our preferences and needs to find us more than what we were looking for. i highly recommend The Haro Group and any of their amazing agents to anyone in the Greenville area considering buying a home.edit: we have used Nate Emery for a second time earlier this year for a random rare case. he still went above and beyond everything we needed!

We are first time users of The Haro Group and new to this part of the South East. We were looking for an experienced realtor that would perform well under less than ideal circumstances. We needed to operate long distance, we needed to move quickly and we needed a lot of help.We got connected with the Haro Group from a referral from one of their recent clients. Our "Haro Group Experience" far exceeded our expectations. We were served by a comprehensive team that met or surpassed every one of our needs. Our agent, Tim Sterr was always accessible, knowledgeable and consultative. He was proactive on our behalf and delivered strong, practical advice. Our inside contact at the Haro Group was Nancy William and she too was ever present in the buying process. She never tired of our questions and never lagged in her response time. She was delightful to work with and possessed the right mix of personable and professional.In addition, the Haro Group had a qualified list of other teams(e.g. inspections, legal, etc.) to assist us.

Exceptional! I have known Haro since 2010. His drive and desire to help others is contagious, and he carefully selects like-minded individuals for his team to maintain a high level of quality service for all of his clients and customers. I used THG for both the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my current home. Are they the cheapest? No. They are the best, and you get what you pay for. John Melton did a great job as our seller agent and went above and beyond to ensure closing when the buyer threw us a curve ball at the last second. Our home had multiple offers and was under contract in 48 hours!Nate Emery was our buyer agent. I can't say enough good things about him. I went back and forth for 3+ years deciding when to take the plunge to sell and buy again, and he hung on and kept in touch with me THE ENTIRE TIME. He didn't call incessantly, he just checked on me from time to time and was very helpful and friendly. When we finally made a decision, he was more than present and patient during our year long "adventure" of building a home. We love our new home and are thrilled to have had a knowledgeable and reliable team working for us. Thank you so much THG!!!

Shannon Patterson and Nancy Williams were absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond to make sure we made our deadlines, not only finding a home but also closing. My wife and me are extremely happy with our new home and If it wasn’t for Shannon and her team we would not be in our new forever home. I can’t not give enough praise to the people at Haro Group. Outstanding team!! Very responsive and always on top of their game. Thank you guys so much for being so patient and courteous throughout the entire process. Haro’s team is outstanding in every respect. Our home was for sale for just under 36 HOURS before we accepted offer number seven. This team understands and utilizes all available technology, have mastered social media, and conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism and integrity. There is no need to look beyond this team if you are buying or selling property in the Upstate of South Carolina.
