RealTime should be considered Southeast Alabama’s IT problem solvers. They’ve never explained “why that can’t be done.” The most frequent thing I hear Todd and his team say is, “Sure, we can do that.” Whether we were adding an office building, integrating an Electronic Health Records System or simply trouble shooting an issue, the people at RealTime are responsive to our needs, pleasant to work with, explain what needs to happen and get the job done.

Our company was preparing to switch from one phone vendor to another, which included a network change. While we were getting ready for the transition, one vendor forced the change 3 days before the scheduled date - with no warning. RealTime sent team members out to our office and managed the change and got us back up and going in just a few hours.
