We hired Relidy to design our new website and two brochures several years ago. Recently, we had some complaints about their policy relating to refusing to send us original files for these completed projects. After explaining the intracacies of copyright law, Sean sent us the requested files without the questionable images. My hope is that they make this policy clear to all of their future clients to avoid the confusion we experienced.

Thanks Relidy! What great help in putting together the mail marketing campaign, my business cards and even the sign to the office. Everything is so professional. I have gotten complements on the painted edge business cards and my sign. I introduced myself to a stranger one day that asked what I did - not what my company was. When I told them their reply was "did you just mail out a postcard, I got one!"

Clark seems to know what he is doing as a designer, very disappointed with the others on the team. I received a first draft that looked nothing like the "design" I requested and was loaded with bad grammer and spelling errors. Have sent a few messages to the owner with no response. I have given up on them. Lesson learned and wasted money.
