I don’t care what any of these reviews say, I brought the phone in and the screen was replaced in a couple hours looking brand new and working perfectly. Very nice staff and very professional. It was worth the price compared to other places.

My daughter cracked her screen on iphone, so we took it to Rescue Tech Mobile in the Dells, because I had mine repaired at a location in the Baraboo and I had good luck there. We noticed right away that the new screen had a very noticeable yellow tint to it after the replacement. They fix the phone's color setting and finally stated that the quality will not be the same when you first purchased the phone **NOTE** Never was told that before they started to work on it. Then they took the time to try another screen, which wasn't as bad as the first one but still had a tint to it. My daughter was very disappointed and I had a long day finally convinced her to settle with what they gave her, but now I'm very disappointed as well, and we will be going back for another visit because now the screen shakes and there is a crackle noise for no apparent reason coming out of the phone's speaker with nothing playing ""Yes the yellow/hazy screen is still noticeable". I give my daughter a lot of credit because she was not going to settle with the repair to the phone and now we will have to go back again to give their 90 day warranty a try!!!

So, the price was a little steep, but if you need it fixed fast, these are the guys. I went in around noon, Alejandro said it'd be 3 to 4 hours, and it was done at 2. He saved me a world of stress.

Took an iPhone 7 Plus in for a small crack and it was repaired in under 24 hours. The cost was around 180.00 with tax. I figured it would be a quality fix and OEM screen, plus save me time. The screen after the repair has a flicker in the background and looks definitely different while scrolling etc. but no cracks in screen. Store is very clean and very well organized. Staff seemed very professional ( uniform, mannerisms) however, the gentleman who helped us seemed kinda rude and defensive about my facial expression in regards to the price of a repair of a 7.In the guys defense he did say excuse me before he asked what seems to be the problem in a rude tone and proceeded to tell me that iPhone 7 is a new phone and the parts are expensive as well as the technical work to install a screen etc. After that I was a little miffed that I am even dealing with a place that has people so crabby that jump you for an eyebrow raise. Now after picking up the phone I am also disappointed with my end result. We have since replaced the iPhone 7 so we will not have to look at the flickers. The repair served it’s purpose. I would look elsewhere for cellphone repairs due to quality of screen used for the price and the way I was treated.

It was super easy to get my phone fixed. I experienced quick and friendly customer service. It would have cost me just as much to do an insurance claim but this way I was able to have the same phone back in just 1 1/2 hours. I am grateful for their service. My phone is like brand new again!

Yes, you can get your Moto battery replaced, despite what your cell service provider tells you. About $70. Don't be scammed into buying a new phone when your battery dies. Get it replaced here.
