Great place to live great place to raise your family, the owners of the park are totally and genuinely great people, they have so many great idea's they want to reach for that Park I totally want to be part of it and would love to see when it's complete please all residence keep up the great work and keep in your Park nice when I was there totally impressed, please keep up the great work the owners are great people and need your help to keep your Park great.

This community is full of druggies and felons. Management only cares about getting your money not about the happiness or safety of their tenants. When things break down on the parks property they tell you it's your problem not theirs.. As in sewage problems from tree roots in the pipes( I had feces floating in sewer water filled up in my tubs for almost a week until they brought out plumbers to fix the problem while they insisted I pay for it myself but guess what?? They were responsible for the repairs the whole time!! ) this behavior constantly happens to many people out here, we've also had power problems at the box outside which still needs repaired a year later. We called ameren out and we're told it's rocwood responsibility. The owner of this park is rude, belittling and just plain vicious!!! Enter at your own risk.

Home prices are high for quality/cleanliness of the park. Horrible speed bumps.

great little park.. cheap lot rent.. altho.. the speed bumps suck really bad.. and roads need work.. thats why 4 stars and not 5... 💯😎
