Didn't meet expectations.

This place was awful. My laptop broke last year and it took them unnecessary WEEKS to be fixed. We had to continually call because we were told nothing. At one point we even found out we weren’t notified because one guy left or was on vacation or something and failed to communicate with the other workers. No one knew to contact us. Now we just found out they failed to put my laptop back together. Multiple screws were missing, which resulted in my laptop opening and closing improperly. I was unaware until I opened my laptop and the casing pushed up and my laptop nearly broke apart. This action caused other screws to be pulled out and ruined as well as wires connected to the WiFi. They were paid HUNDREDS of dollars and this is what I got. Go somewhere else, trust me.

We have used SAMSA for all of our technical needs from network monitoring and maintenance, hardware setup, installation and repair, to database monitoring and maintenance. They assisted us in a year long search for a behavioral health EHR and really took the lead in setting up demonstrations and helping us think through our needs and analyze cost. On more than one occasion they have saved the day for us. Their personal attention and responsiveness to our business is excellent. They go out of their way to keep us apprised of issues on the horizon and present options, but it is never a hard sell. In my analysis, for our purposes, their prices are competitive. I would highly recommend them to any other business out there.

Beware of samsa the owner of the company Mike Stackhouse is not a reputable person nor is his company. They do subpar work and charge outrageously. If I could write them zero Stars I would but it's a 1 through 5 system unfortunately. When they make mistakes they do not own up to them and they do not fix them unless you pay them to fix their mistakes.

SAMSA was fast and reasonably priced at first. But that was years ago. I was recently charged $35 because my laptop battery was not properly installed and had to be popped out and popped back in by a technician. Then I was charged over $200 for virus removal. I can't afford SAMSA any longer.

Samsa was great, my laptop crashed on a Friday called on Saturday and they repaired it that day. Who repairs computers on Saturday? Laptop never ran this great. You have my business

I have been very pleased with SAMSA and their staff. They are all very courteous and remember me when I call. I often work after hours and late at night by remotely connecting (1500 miles) to the office server from my motor home. When I have a problem during the day or after hours I call or email SAMSA and within a reasonable time they have contacted me and resolved my issue. Many times Mike, the owner is the one to assist me after hours. Thank you SAMSA for being there when I need you.
