Sentext has 10 years in business!Approaching 20,000 Merchants!10 million messages a month going out!Almost 4 million customers!98% merchant retention rate!.99% customer consumer retention rate!...for all you naysayers who may have had a bad experience!Does that sound like a failing Company?Phil Ludwig is a first-class person and a great CEO Bill Eberline...I’ve been in the past 75 plus meetings with Sentext on-line and they are Top Drawer!

Feedback:

I have been with Sentext for almost 5 years. The first 4 years I was a Mobile Marketing Consultant, now as a National Sales Manager. Sentext is a great company and growing leaps and bounds! The leadership is Top Notch and I believe that Sentext will be a household name in the mobile marketing/texting business within the next 5 years. We have the best training available for anyone who wants to become a business owner with extremely little overhead. Our texting service is by far the finest in the business and the proof is our customer feedback and constant growth year after year. Thank you to the leadership & all the great people at HQ for building such a great company.

Feedback:

do not sign a contract ,it automatically renews for 6 months...very unethical way to do business, if the product is so great why do this to your customers.

Feedback:

Very obvious they want to make your business better.

Feedback:

I very rarely take the time to leave a negative review, but I feel very strongly about businesses that take advantage of small businesses. I signed up with a local representative that seemed really nice and helpful. He gave me a free month for signing up on the spot and made everything seem super easy to use. The platform was a very old one with fewer features than most other services, but I stuck with it knowing that I was in a one year contract. Every question I had took a few days of passing me around to answer. I finally just stopped using it and asked about canceling. The fee was more than just riding out, so I I let it ride NOT KNOWING that they auto renew you at the end of your year! This should be illegal. I was rushed through signing paper work and not fully explained any of this, but I do know I signed a ONE YEAR contract. So here I am two year in and I have corresponded wiht them several times to make sure my account is canceled. My last answer was that I had been charged for the last time and would not be charged again. Well, I was just charged again. Do your self a favor and try a different service. Side note - I have been paying MORE for this one than the one I actually have been using and they have NO contracts + tons more features and incredibly helpful people you can text / call into at any time. Look up SlickText and give them your business!

Feedback:

SenText’s Google Maps rating is currently at 3.5. If one removes all the 5-star ratings written by Sentext employees and sales reps, the rating would fall to a low of 2.7 . As a former Sentext rep, I’ve found that Phil Ludwig, the CEO of Sentext, has very low ethical standards. Just read his Google responses to all customer complaints. Phil seems to have no problem with his Sentext reps fooling customers into signing “Agreements” without being fully upfront on the very fine print and all hidden costs. There are plenty of other text broadcasting providers that offer better services, with no set-up fees, no annual contracts, no early cancellation fees, and at cheaper prices. Ignore Sentext if you don’t wish to overpay, be locked into a contract and be taken advantage of.

Feedback:

Please do not sign up with this company. Wish I had seen these reviews before I signed up -- and the company's insensitive response to their complaints -- I would have thought twice before signing the contract. I thought the concept would work well for my business as I needed a way to target my existing customers and grow my customer base. I promoted it heavily to my customers, offering them $5 discount off their purchase to join. Unfortunately, although I did sign up about 350 people, I got very little business using text blasts of specials. I am paying $299/month -- way too much given the that I have seen no return on the investment. Sentext offers no customer support, I never saw my rep after signing up. Getting out of the contract is impossible. Judging by the similarity of the complaints and the company's responses, it is easy to see that this company's business model is to get you to sign up, and lock you in. They make their money by making it difficult for you to get out of the contract -- not by offering a good product that new customers would love to purchase. I would never recommend Sentext to another business owner.

Feedback:

Of course after you sign for six months and never used their services it makes sense that you would like to renew your contract next year. lol Make sure to read your contract very well before you sign, because the sales people will not tell you that there is an automatic renewal the following year. And if you want to cancel it you will be overcharged for nothing!!!SenText, it's not right to hide behind you contract, when clearly a lot of people feel the same way i do.We are all open to new ideas and would like to help each other, but it seems that's not your goal. The way you are doing your contracts its just wrong!
