Our company, AdamAlexis, worked primarily with Greg and his team to rebuild our website after we lost our domain name. Greg, in particular, demonstrated superb customer-service skills in his attentiveness, responsiveness, and solutions provided to issues that arose. I can't say enough about that and its importance to the relationship. I also commend Joe Sharp for his customer-service philosophy which the company clearly abides by. The website eventually turned out beautifully although it did take some time to get there, We do recognize, however, that it can be a painstaking process with lots of customer input and feedback, which were essential to making it what we wanted. Greg was extraordinarily patient and always courteous, pleasant, and did his utmost to explain things at length, which is what we were looking for. (Although this kind of thing goes by the wayside today, we greatly appreciated and liked the fact that Sharp employees seem to place great emphasis on the ability to write well, clearly, and with proper construction and grammar. A rare treat!)

At Dominion Pest Control & Lawn Care, we needed a team that could take our current SEO program and put it on steroids. The Sharp Team really worked with us to find out exactly what our expectations were, then created a plan, presented it, and upon our approval, executed it with excellence. I was impressed, but not surprised because I was aware of Sharp's reputation. Having said that, I am still amazed at their follow-up. They don't just cut and run after the project is complete. I get emails, and follow-up calls to make sure they are meeting our expectations. They surpass my expectations, and I highly recommend.
