My website was pretty much destroyed since the hosting company 'lost' my website and the data didn't transfer to the new host company. :( I was in a complete panic because I was applying for freelance writing opportunities and pointing potential employers to my website. Sam rescued my website in just a couple of business days and restored all of the content. I am so grateful to get a live person on the phone who can address the issue immediately. It really nice when you are in a panic and someone like Sam greets you in a calm voice and says 'don't worry. we'll get this sorted out'. It is really hard to find a company like that.
