Over this past almost a year the trailer park has been cleaned up real good and has been turned around from the new manager mrs. Kim, is so nice and has made the place a nice loving environment.she has improved the place since she became manager I would recommend this as a place to live because it’s a nice environment, not loud, and mrs.kim will get to you as soon as she can

SMHP has a great Community within the park, the manager Mrs. Kim has done a fantastic job over seeing the park and interacting with the family's to provide a safe and clean area to live in. Thank you Mrs. Kim and SMHP.
