This company is in direct breach of Google's guidelines. If they are using these unethical practices for their own business they will most likely use them for your business or they just don't know googles guidelines cause they are not actually professionals. Google's Guidelines state you must use your actual business name. For this business they have added keywords to their name, which is a direct breach. you can see in the screenshots the rules and what this business is doing.
