Absolutely terrible experience. I worked with sourcetoad on a project of mine for over a year. I took investments from people to fund my app. Sourcetoad not only “finished” my app months behind schedule but the final version did not work properly and looked very unprofessional. Then after not fulfilling what I paid an arm and a leg for I asked them to remove something from the app for me because it is not what I was lead to believe it was. They told me that they would do it for $1500 dollars which I was upset about giving them more money since they already basically took my $30,000 and gave me nothing I could even use, but it was my only option so I said ok and we agreed. Weeks later I get a message saying they can no longer “justify” and projects under $5,000 so unless I want to pay that I’m on my own. When I first met them I thought they were really nice and trustworthy but after my experience with them and the final product I do not recommend them to ANYONE. I had to explain this all to my family and show them emails since they helped fund most of this and I have nothing to show for their hard earned investments and they wanted me to warn everyone so that nobody else has the experience that I did and have to go through that.

The whole team was so patient with me and the rest of my partners as they guided us through the process of building our app. Joey has been an amazing Project Manager/techno babysitter for me! I have worked with development teams for over 20 years, including in-house and overseas, and I am consistently impressed with their responsiveness, their organized project management, their Agile approach to development, and the high-quality of their programming and QA. They not only work to develop solutions based on specs we provide, but will also brainstorm new, creative solutions for the marketplace based on their broad technology expertise.
