If I could give them less than one star I would. Do not use this company! They are extremely unresponsive and I constantly have problems with the domain we purchased through them. I have been trying to transfer my domain to GoDaddy for 2 years and have been unsuccessful because they have it locked. Every year they let my domain expire even though I pay for it. Then I have to jump through hoops just to get it back up.
Feedback:
I have been with them a long time and have experienced outages frequently the past two years including now. Both of my sites that they host won't open and I can't get to the Spiderweave site to complain.

a web host that doesn't have a working phone number? they're holding my website domain and content hostage.
