During my visit to Humboldt, another shopkeeper suggested I check out the merchandise at Spotlight. I'm so glad I did! Everyone was so friendly! I quickly picked out a puck and mini stick, and then decided I wanted a Broncos t-shirt to take home. I found the perfect logo! I also decided that my better half needed one, too. His shirt was already made and mine was going to be made after the press reset. Andrea explained to me that with the help of a company, she could ship my things to me for free. I was very thankful for that! My package arrived the day after I arrived home, just as we planned! I noticed that the t-shirt for me had a different logo than I had chosen. I sent a Facebook message and was responded to the next day. I appreciate that I didn't have to pay shipping costs from New York to Saskatchewan, and was told to keep the incorrect shirt. My correct t-shirt arrived right away with a sweet note! We love our matching Humboldt t-shirts! I am very impressed at the quality of Spotlight's products and at the top notch customer service! I have already worn and washed my t-shirt. I followed the directions that came with it. It still looks brand new! Thank you, Mike and Andrea! It was a pleasure ordering with through you!

Our school recently purchased staff t-shirts from Spotlight. They had just got a new piece of equipment for printing and we were one of the first orders they completed with their new piece of equipment. They looked great but after one wash the printing on many of the shirts began to fade. We contacted Spotlight about the fading and without hesitation they agreed to replace all of them for no additional cost. By the time they were reprinted, Spotlight had figured out the problem and our "new" shirts are amazing! The customer service we received was excellent!

This is a top-tier company in my book! Wow, what a great experience. After the Humboldt tragedy I wanted to acquire a shirt or something to show support. I did some research online and the only legitimate company providing shirts and jerseys was Spotlight. After contacting them, I ordered two jerseys and two shirts. A portion from each order went to help the families of the Humboldt players. That is how business should be done.From their shop in Canada to my front door in Arizona took less than TWO DAYS! Wow, that rivals Amazon on any given day! The shirts and jerseys were excellent. Sizing was correct, comfortable fit. I am beyond pleased in dealing with Spotlight. Thanks Mike,In 2012 I was in Humboldt at a hockey tourney - Canadian Championship and the hoods they were selling had no appeal. I was in the mall and met Mike at Spotlight. I told him I wanted a custom hood and he made up exactly what I wanted by the next day. It was perfect in every way. Since then I have contacted him every year at tournament time, he designs and makes me custom hoods. He , gets my ok and quantity then makes them up and ships them - 2013 was to Summerside PEI and 2014 he made me 40 and sent to Vernon BC. I can't say enough about the job he does for me. The prices he charges are as fair as I've seen and these are custom made and shipped. I will be getting more this year - try him you'll be very happy. We went to Spotlight last year to get our school's grad jackets. We were impressed by the selection, efficiency and friendliness of the Spotlight team. Shannon came to our school and walked the students through their options. Since then, Spotlight has looked after our team jerseys, general school clothing and another year of grad clothing. Their amazing customer service really sets them apart.
