Usually, I would rate this soda highly. I’ve tried the cream soda and orange flavor, and they’re amazing. However, after consuming the lemon sour flavor with my sister and my friend, my sister immediately broke out in what seemed to be hives, so she went home. That night, I realized my arm had 7 red bumps on it (that looked similar to mosquito bites) and I had a few other little patches on my back and leg. I was shocked to find that my friend had bumps just like that too, meaning we all broke out in hives due to this drink. We all know it couldn’t have been a coincidence since our only friend that didn’t try it did not get any bumps. In case you are wondering, we did not drink from the same glass, as the drink was poured into 3 separate cups. I would recommend other flavors, but I do NOT recommend trying the lemon sour flavor.

These guys are great. Of all the flavors I tried the Strawberry Soda was my favorite. Unfortunately, their product isn't yet available in Michigan. I will be buying more Cock and Bull ginger beer, because Spring Grove is the authorized bottler for the Mid-West.

I truly don’t get the high ratings for this soda. It is syrupy sweet (and I love sugar) and not at all refreshing. I also didn’t find the flavors very strong. Probably overpowered by the over the top sweetness.

I love the strawberry and lemon sour.The lemon sour is a great mix for whiskey sour also.I have been drinking this soda for many years. When I go back to Caledonia we stop in Spring Grove and pick up several cases. Used to get it at the factory, now the store.Just got to say it will always be mine and the grand kids favorite.

We had a delicious soda, and to tour the factory. You have to email to have a tour. Bob (the owner) emailed me back within am hour and we went over. He was very nice and it was a short and fun tour.
