Absolutely terrible service. Was just in and asked about a what I need to do for a phone and was ignored and the man just walked away. Then a women that worked there was just eating at the counter and asked if he wanted her to take care of it he replied with I don’t care and she went back to eat. The experience was extremely unprofessional.

I was just there.I believe I worked with Ryan and Blake (maybe wrong on the other guy's name). I just want to say how much these guys did for me. They worked diligently on getting me moved over to Spring from AT&T. While it took a while, these guys remained patient and professional. They did everything they could to help me! And they did. I am now a Sprint Customer. I will say this, some people have good and bad experiences no matter where they go. And I feel that these guys did a wonderful job helping me and getting everything to work on my phone. So thank you Ryan!!!
