Experience was horrible . They had a man in there that just refused to look for my order before someone else told him to go and check to see if it was there. They canceled my order without notifying me .Nor did I know my phone type ( 11Pro Max) was on back order because I didn’t receive tracking by the original associate who helped me. I was told my phone was going to be there on September 20th after preordering it on September 14th. Because of their screw up I had to spend 4hrs total with two different sprints , including customer service. I use to drive all the way from my side of the town just so I can go to this one. After today the wolfchase location is now my new store . They took care of me and even notified me about the promotion that the other Sprint didn’t bother to tell me about.

Had an appointment to swap sim card. Still had to wait 30 minutes "for a computer to be freed up". I told them exactly what I was there for and my type of phone. Someone walked in without an appointment and they fully assisted them once the computer came available even though I had an appointment, was on time, and already waiting. When they finally started to assist me the guy was so rude and unprofessional. The worst part is after waiting all of this time he tells me they didn't have any sim cards available for my phone! What a waste of time! This store is horrible and POORLY MANAGED. Avoid at all costs!

1st VisitShort Wait Time. Staff Knowledgable, And Courteous. I Brought In New Phone For Upgrade/Transfer. They Are Technically Savvy. We Used One Of My Hotspot, To Effect Transfer. Walked Out While Transfer In Progress.Successfully Complete, At Home.Great Personalities (Managers And Technician).

This location and Bartlett is not good. I waited around for a good while for assistance because they just assumed I was with someone I didn't even know. Ridiculous. I couldn't get anyone to help me except for them to point no one approached me asking if I needed help. I wanted to purchase a new phone but will be going somewhere else to do so.

They may have great service at this store but sprint suxs! They have the slowest phone internet on the planet. They are still operating on 3g when att is on 5g. Trust me.....my family had sprint and there were times when our internet was so slow we could not us it and believe this. There were times when we had no phone service in the city of Memphis. I would not use sprint if they gave it to me for free
