I've used Starlet's regular domestic cleaning services for several years now and have nothing but positive things to say about their work. Krysia is an absolute superstar and always does an exceptional job in a fraction of the time it would take someone else. 5 stars all day long.

The service isn't consistent, appointments are being cancelled (can be an hour before) or forgotten. The communication is not good and a customer is blamed. The cleaners can be ok but depends who you get. Cant fault spring clean team though. I would not recommend.

The team helped us with our carpet and wooden floor deep cleaning and did a first class job. They arrived promptly and set to work extremely quickly and efficiently. The end results are great. They were very conscientious, meticulous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Colin at head office was super efficient in arranging Natalie to come to us every week and fit it around our busy home schedules. I have used other cleaning services before however Starlet are by far the best. Their trustworthy, reliable and above all excellent.
