I had given interviews in this company and no technical question was asked in the interview, after just a slight discussion and then HR asking me you are ready forredesign a web page, and i went for the test but it is not a web page it's complete website so it could take five to six hours to redesign this website. so i have decided not redesign the website.Because I believe the interview should be two or three hours, not be five or six hours.

Poorest companies i have ever seen in my entire career dont go there by seeing big building in google search image. No one would be intersted to attending you. Even to make you feel worst they will give u p4 computer with initial version software.
