I purchased a DIY security package from Chris Walsh at Stone's about a week ago. It went very smooth from the consultation, where he made sure I got exactly what I needed and nothing more, to the guidance on how to install the new system. Once I had installed the system he came over to verify that the system was installed correctly and worked properly along with explaining the features of our system.I am also very pleased with Chris's response rate to my many, many questions I had from the system itself, to the mobile app. One thing that I truly appreciated was the flexibility in payment options as I did not have to make a large lump sum payment but was able to stretch the cost (which was very reasonable) across the span of a year.Overall I am very happy with how the process worked from start to end and enjoy the satisfaction of a great night sleep knowing that Stone's has my back with my new system and its 24/7 monitoring features that I can access from anywhere, anytime.
