Kari designed our wedding invitations and was the photographer for our fall wedding. She is warm, kind, welcoming and understanding. Our invitations came out perfect! We used the theme from the invitation throughout our wedding, which I love and will cherish for years.I cannot find a bad photo! I keep looking through the photos (almost every day) because they are all great. She captured all of the big and little moments. There are so many pictures that I know I will be looking at for years to come!I %100 recommend Kari for graphic design & photography!!

Sundae Graphic Design + Photo photographed my wedding on September 17th and I can’t say enough wonderful things! Kari was so organized, professional and helpful throughout the planning process. She always had a kind word or helpful suggestion when I felt the craziest. On the day of the wedding, Kari quietly took charge and ensured we were on schedule while taking the most beautiful photos. There was never a doubt in my mind that everything would turn out perfect and my husband agrees that Kari did an amazing job. I highly recommend Sundae Graphics to anyone looking for a wedding photographer!

We worked with Kari to get some good, semi-formal photos of our son; photos that weren’t posed and staged (like a portrait), but that were clearly well-shot and composed and that look noticeably better than ones taken by the average parent with a camera (or phone).We got that and a lot more. Kari talked with us before the shoot about what we were looking for and ran some thoughts by us. On the day of the shoot, she was on time, prepared and started right away.She clearly has a lot of experience working with kids; our son is 3 and was definitely not up for sitting still, but Kari never seemed impatient or irritated by having to follow (or chase!) him around our first floor. And she was able to get his attention without raising her voice.The photos themselves were beautiful. Kari has a great sense of composition and framing, and a knack for capturing a moment that only lasted for a second. We were amazed at the quality of her work. There was real energy in the shots of our son (and with us as a family); even the “quieter” shots showed the liveliness and excitement we see in him.Kari gave us full access via her site to all the shots she took. She’d done a basic pass first, to weed out any clunkers, but the set she put together for us had so many amazing images to choose from.We would definitely recommend Kari for any kind of photo gig. I can’t speak for weddings (although the shots on her site are impressive), but as far as in/formal photos of kids/family/loved ones, I would absolutely trust her instincts, her professionalism and her follow-through.
