Having worked at Synergy HomeCare in Lansdale for four years I can honestly say that I enjoy working here a great deal as the HR Coordinator . Chris Secchiari is a great boss whom is very fair and has compassion and believe in Synergy HomeCare and the care we gives . . He as well , cares about his staff. For example , My husband passed away 3 yrs ago and the understanding and compassion that I received from Jane ( Our Office Manager) as well as Chris was very comforting and I will always be thankful. Here atSynergy HomeCare of Lansdale we pride ourselves on the best of care to the elderly and disable . So much so my dear friend fell and broke her hip and needed in home and hearing the way I spoke of Synergy HomeCare , she knew she wanted Synergy HomeCare and no other. It has been going on 4 months and she continues being please with the care that is given to her and that says a lot because she is very set in her ways so finding the right caregivers for her , as we do all of our clients was a task in it's self but a rewarding one as always.
