Absolute terrible customer service, especially from the owner. Condescending and disrespectful when clients don't understand their entire book of policies and get rude when you have questions. Told them I wouldn't be a customer anymore so they targeted a colleague of mine, saying he had to pay a $5300 deposit for a $250 rental after I bruised the owner's ego. Owner's name is Oscar. Rent from borrowlenses or many of the others that hire great customer service representatives. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.My colleague wanted to pay for the order with his card on my account. He even spoke with them, saying HE wanted to use HIS card and they refused because the customer account name was different (understable). I simply asked to have my credit transferred to the rental on his account and Oscar found that offensive and responded disrespectfully.What he doesnt seem to understand is that it is not the policy that people have problems with, it is his poor customer service and attitude.

Our company has rented from them for years. Last rental was extended twice by us using the same credit card. The third extension for some reason the card bounced. Instead of contacting us asking for a solution, they threatened me that they were going to report me to the police in two hours if I didn't respond.. The police.. haha. Nothing makes long time customers happier than being accused of stealing. That said, we spent 4K with lensrentals dot com a week later and will never use these crazy people again.

Love renting from The Lens Depot. This is my first time where I needed to provide a certificate of insurance for the equipment. Really appreciate the staff’s willingness to work with me & my insurance company to ensure I had the right type of coverage (use the equipment for personal purposes, rather than for business purposes). It really meant a lot they were willing to do this rather than write me off as a customer. Also, this was the first I needed the equipment shipped to me. The instructions were very helpful & I must say I’m very impressed with how well the items were packed. Highly recommend using this company for photography equipment rental.

Amazing service! Rented here for a couple of years now. We mainly rent video equipment and they are so helpful, they test the specific rig that we want and help us where ever needed! No other place in Orlando like this.

Great place when you need a rental, I've been working with them for years, never had any issues, pick-up option is super convenient for locals which is why I choose them over others, the staff is amazing & great service always keeps me coming back, prices are reasonable & competitive.

I can't recommend The Lens Depot enough. Their equipment is beautiful, rental costs are reasonable and their customer service is impeccable. This was my first time renting and I was skeptical about the process but they made everything seamless. From making sure I got my lens on time, to giving step by step instructions on how to ship everything back. I'm looking forward to my next rental or purchase!
