Order a very expensive smart watch from overseas. Because it didn't have my name on it I never received it. Even though it had the proper mailing address. Then I was notified after the fact to come pick it up at the post office. By that time it was already sent back. I have yet to be refunded my money for the item.

I always have a great experience when I come into this post office. The workers are friendly and the wait is never long.

I went to this office in May 2019 to post two packages to a foreign destination. But I saw a number of unprofessional behaviors from their staff and manager. First, they seemed not to be informed, and did not inform me of the weight limit, prohibited items, and insurance policies. Second, I mailed two packages; one of them returned to me after a few days because one of the items in the package was worth more than $100. Their staff never informed me of this policy, and worse, I was not reimbursed for the $101 that I paid. Although reimbursement is a possibility as a USPS policy, the staff turned down my request immediately and disrespectfully. In short, if you need to go to a USPS office, go to the small office in PennState campus. This office should be closed as they are staining the name of USPS.

The worst service ever!!! Putting a star is too much for that kind of awful service! Did not deliver my mails, which I have been waiting for two weeks! The carrier guys are not trained at all! The office is admitting that they have a new guy in my area, who has messed up everything! Shame on you!
