We have tried 3 other local companies here in Boise before Thrive. Frankly, we reached a frustration point that we went into the meeting with Thrive expecting more of the same. The difference was night and day. And while they're great at design, and website building, what really made the difference for us was communication. Josh has responded within an hour every single time, and most instances it's like 5 minutes. Not only do they respond quickly, but they talk to me like a person. I don't have a degree in coding or optimization. They speak in plain English that I can understand what they mean. They don't treat me like it's a burden to have to answer another stupid question like some of our old site design companies did. They follow through efficiently, and last time I needed a face to face meeting, I just asked and they got me in that week. Highly recommended.
