TkFast has taken care of our IT services for 7 years. We're actively working with them to design our IT needs for our new building and they are providing all of the Key Access, Cameras, physical wiring, phones, computers, AV/Video System, Crestron automated shades, etc.They've been great to work with and fully understand the IT needs of our practice and the healthcare industry. They have provided our Non-Profit with a new website and have done the online marketing and social media for our organization for several years. Everyone is so polite and helpful. They also help us purchase reduced cost non-profit software through sources such as TechSoup. This has really helped in maintaining our IT budget. They are always finding ways to reduce our overhead expenses on technology but also making sure we are getting the equipment and services we need to run our organization.

We've used them for 8 years for all our IT needs including Video Surveillance, Online Marketing, Phone System, Servers/Workstations, Website, support labor, etc. We've always been satisfied with their professionalism and ability to recommend products and services that fit our business and the needs of our industry. They are quick to respond to emails and calls as well as resolve issues. They are also knowledgeable about Apple products and help with integrating them with our network. We couldn't be happier.

TkFast has maintained our hotel network, servers/computers, website and online/print marketing for several years. It's really great to have everything run so smoothly! As a hotel that relies on our network to work 24/7, TkFast has been available at all hours to make sure we're up and working! They've always met and/or exceeded the needs of our hotel and the industry and has been very responsive and quick to fix issues. We are excited about continuing to work with them for years to come and we take every opportunity to recommend TkFast to our clients and business partners.

They are ok. Not fantastic just ok. My company uses them and they are slow to respond to emails. It shouldn't take 1.5 days to respond to an IT support request. Half of the time they only half fix the problem and I end up fixing it the correct way myself. I'd explore other companies before hiring these guys.
