Feedback:
Customer Service is terrible. Speaking far away from phone, chewing gum, and very rude.
Feedback:
Why can they put a schedule for the trash pick up i can only find recycling schedule. All county's have it except for Trenton. This is the capital of NJ it should be more cleaner and more organized.👎👎👎
Feedback:
Employees have terrible attitude and ignorant. I had a truck of two employees take my license plate number and held up traffic in the intersection because THEY were speeding and I ALMOST hit them after I left the stop sign bc again they were SPEEDING. There is no impact, no scratch no dent. Yet they proceeded to yell at me, waving their hands around and held up traffic by stopping in the middle of the road. Completely unnecessary and rude since I have apologized even tho I did not harm them at all.
Feedback:
Terrible They're always leaving trash on the sidewalks and sometimes forget to get our garbage
Feedback:
I wouldn't even give them ONE star but that's the lowest I can give. EVERY TIME I put my garbage out for pickup I get home to find it hasn't been picked up. They take the lid off (if I I leave it on by mistake because I was informed by the "garbage man" that "if you leave the lid on we don't pick it up" which doesn't make ANY SENSE because how else am I supposed to keep the neighborhood cats, raccoons, and possum from tearing my garbage to shreds and then these "garbage men" DEFINITELY don't pick it up!!) and THROW IT halfway across the street on the OTHER SIDE of the road, and then don't even take the garbage inside the can. If they DO take the garbage they are very picky in what they WILL take as I find 1/2-3/4 of my garbage STILL IN THE CAN and the only way I can get the rest of it taken is if I TAKE IT MYSELF and carry it to the truck. Which means I have to stay home from MY JOB just to DO THEIRS every garbage day. I have called the "Sanitation Department" (or so they call themselves) and told them about this and was told "The guys can't pick up any bags over 20lbs so if any of the bags are over that they'll leave them there. Then it's up the the home owner to remove them"!!!??? So if the bags are OVER WEIGHT, which it shocks me to find out these little cherries who are supposed to be taking our garbage every garbage day can't lift more than 20 FRIGGIN POUNDS, that I have to "Remove them myself", HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO REMOVE THEM IF YOU WONT TAKE THEM FROM ME?!?! And how do you know if they are "Over weight"?? I don't see them out there with a scale?! Just some big attitudes and bad language towards us taxpayers because they won't do the JOB that they are PAID TO DO, and paid VERY WELL I might add. If I told my boss "that's too heavy I'm not doing it" at MY JOB I wouldn't have it anymore. Yet these guys run around cursing me off, destroying my cans, which I find run over, crushed, ripped apart and mangled beyond recognition and , telling me they can't do their job and leaving ME to do it for them. I've called the office and had the supervisor come out numerous times to tell me the same thing every time. "Leave the garbage there and I'll take a picture and get it straightened out". But this means I have to leave the garbage there to get torn up by the animals AGAIN and stay there till next garbage day just to not be taken AGAIN. Then I get fined for having my garbage out and all over the curb when it was TOLD TO DO SO. This world is coming to an end when garbage men won't even take your garbage!!

I had 8 bags of plaster due to me taking my plaster ceiling down. Wanting to do the right thing, I call up to make an appointment to have it picked up. The bags weigh anywhere from 40-45 pounds. I called up. I speak to "John". John tells me "the person who did the work in your house is supposed to get rid of the debris, that's what you pay him for". I informed "John" that it was I who "took down the ceiling and is doing the work and for the garbagemen to pick up my bags of garbage. That's what I pay THE CITY for!" I even said that I would throw the bags into the truck myself. (Just to help the snowflakes known as the Trenton garbagemen) "John" then just answers me after that with grunts, uh's, and "we don't take that". Thank you, Trenton sanitation. You SHOULD quit your day job. The worst.
Feedback:
I have to call twice a week just so they can come pick up as they constantly fail to pick up for ferry, union and the surrounding streets. It's ridiculous. Garbage is taken out at night yet you come home from work with garbage still there. Totally sucks the workers are always complaining and when you call they claim they came or that we failed to put it out, the whole neighborhood has garbage out here at least 3 blocks. Will be contacting the city about this as we pay you for pick up that you fail to perform every week! Then when they FINALLY come they complain about the number of bags but yet they are the ones failing to come on pick up days. If you did you would not be complaining.
